Led by Founder & CEO, Charles Fleischman, Centronex is a software integration and services company focused on bringing technologies, capabilities and services from the Intelligence Community to the Retail and Banking Industry. His career experience combines technology application expertise and operational management in both the defense electronics sector and Wall Street’s financial markets.
As Chief Technology Officer for the Boeing Network and Space Systems Intelligence Systems Group (ISG), he provided guidance, leadership and direction for the ISG business including strategy, technology road map and internal research and development program execution. Prior to Boeing, Fleischman, a founding member of Kestrel Enterprises, served as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer providing analytics and information management solutions supporting the national security and intelligence community.
In 1997, he joined Cantor Fitzgerald as a Managing Director, where he led the firm’s technology team in the successful development and implementation of the Cantor Exchange, the first electronic futures exchange, launched in 1998.
His transition to the private sector followed a 22 year naval career flying the F-4 Phantom and F-14 Tomcat, as well as managing strategic programs in both the Navy and NATO.
